Background and aim:
The presence of nomads has always been influential in the country's border security and is one of the most important factors preventing the invasion of the enemy to the border areas of the country during the history of the rulers of this marzubum. Therefore, nomads as one of the important and influential sectors of the traditional Iranian society have always played a significant role in history. In the political-military developments of Iran.
Method:
In this research, using descriptive and analytical approach, library studies, field observations and interviews have been used and categorized in the MaxCoDia software environment for interviews, and then compiled and coded.
Findings and Results:
The results of this study showed that this stratum has a significant role in the border security of the province, and appropriate substrates in the form of practical solutions for the maximum exploitation of this capability are also provided. The results showed that despite the fact that the tribal tribes are one of the most effective security factors on the borders, the least attention has been paid to the proportion of the population in terms of infrastructure, supply of drinking water, forage, health, education, support for products, etc. Therefore, suggestions and strategies for utilizing tribal power in order to improve the security of the province are presented at three macro, provincial and institutional levels.
